Deleting your data

You can remove the data Oryon Data holds about you at any time. Which step you need depends on how much you want removed — disconnecting a single source, deleting a whole workspace, or erasing your account entirely.

   Disconnect a connected source

   In Oryon Data, open Connections, find the source (Facebook, Instagram, Google, and so on) and choose Disconnect. The access token and the connection record are deleted immediately, and Oryon Data stops fetching anything further from that provider. Metrics already synced are kept so the source can be reconnected without losing history — use one of the steps below to remove those too.

   Revoke Oryon Data's access from Meta

   You can also remove access from Facebook itself, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. This revokes the permission from Meta's side; combine it with the step above to remove the copy Oryon Data holds.

   Revoke Oryon Data's access from Google

   You can remove access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This revokes Oryon Data's Google Analytics and Google Ads permissions from Google's side; combine it with the step above to remove the copy Oryon Data holds.

   Delete a workspace

   Workspace owners can delete an entire workspace from Settings. This removes the workspace along with its connections, credentials and synced metrics.

   Erase your account and all remaining data

   To delete your user account and anything still associated with it, email us at the address below from the address you signed up with. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when the deletion is done.
